Chef Marty Lim, LLC is an elite premium private chef and event catering chef company in Atlanta. We provide the highest standard of in-home personal chef, meal prep, and private dinner party services as well as on-site special event catering chef services. Our clients include busy professionals, families, couples, corporate and philanthropic clients in all of Atlanta including Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Chastain Park, Brookhaven, Vinings, Tuxedo Park, Paces, Dunwoody and Duluth. We work with clients to create custom tailored menus to fit their personal tastes and dietary and nutritional requirements including keto, carnivore, high-protien, carb free, allergy-friendly, vegan, macro and now proudly introducing menus tailored for neurodivergent dietary optimization. All freshly prepared in your home or at your event location with the freshest, highest quality and healthiest ingredients and suited to your busy schedule.

Chef Marty Lim grew up in central Los Angeles, immersed in the city’s vibrant culinary scene, which shaped his palate and ignited his passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences. His career began with Chef Joachim Splichal’s Patina Catering Group, crafting menus for private parties and events like the Oscars and Emmys. He then worked as an event coordinator for celebrity planner Lulu Powers and as a cheesemonger at Joan’s On Third.

In 2015, Marty moved to South Florida to serve as head chef at Someone’s In The Kitchen Catering, designing seasonal menus for private events. A relocation to Atlanta in 2017, prompted by Hurricane Irma, proved serendipitous. Captivated by the city’s blend of creativity, charm, and dynamic food scene, he and his partner Edward made it their home.

Now based in Atlanta, Chef Marty runs his own personal chef business, crafting flavorful, diverse dishes with fresh, local ingredients. He’s passionate about creating warm, memorable experiences, sharing his belief that great food brings people together. Marty would be honored to create a special culinary experience for you.
